Defining and Conducting the Training Programme

After the SWOT analysis of D2.2, four online focus groups were established between targeted beneficiary organisations to allow them to share their SWOT results and benchmark against one another. These international virtual focus groups were grouped according to certain commonalities and their structure and mission.

The benchmarking exercise provided important data to focus the advocacy training programme on those areas where weaknesses were identified and to strengthen capacities in communication, audio-visual, social networking and public advocacy.

 

WP2 Building a training framework for youth organisations: creating a common public advocacy language regrading migrant and refugee issues.

This work package is designed to consolidate the working relationship of the beneficiary youth organisations that will benefit from the MYCOMM Training Programme and ultimately come together in a stronger EU network for advocacy for young migrants and refugees. The final outcome of this WP2 will be the basis for the development of the structure and content of the training programme (WP3).
