Dissemination Event in France

APEDV-REGARDDONS (APEDV) with the support of the City of Nice, has obtained a space for the dissemination of MyCOMM project at the “Festival of creations and collective experiences, Project for Children and Youth in an inclusive and civic union” in June 2025.

When?

June 6th, 2025 – From 9:30 am to 4:00 pm

Where?

At the Phoenix Parc, 405 Promenade des Anglais, Nice, France.

  • Pre-event publicity: Locally, regionally and nationally through the network of the Regarddons Association, the municipality of Nice, the Côte d’Azur Region and the French Ministry of Education.
  • Duration of the event: 6 hours 30 minutes (planned).
  • Participants: several hundred (planned)
  • Target group: General public, families with special difficulties and at risk of exclusion, collectives working with migrants and refugees with special needs, and political decision makers of the municipality, the region and linked to European policies.

 

Description of the Event

  • A joint event of APEDV-Regarddons in partnership with the Métropole Nice-Côte d’Azur, the French Ministry of Education, the Academic Inspectorate, the Departmental Council, the PACA Region and the European Union.

  • 150 workshops, accessible to all, will offer innovative techniques and tools designed by local, regional and international partners, enabling us to be alive and active in the world, to be aware of it, to take care of it and take responsibility for it, to live and honor the planet, together, in trust and peace.

  • The festival will include:
    – Art and Education
    – Culture and Science
    – Social and Solidarity Economy
    – Art-Therapies, Health, Well-being
    – Sports
    – Knowledge of the world, nature and living beings.
    – Citizenship
    – Inclusion in the European MYCOMM project (videos, debates…)
    – Your project with your young people, in line with the spirit of the Festival.

 

Participation of MyCOMM

The city of Nice is providing the necessary resources to facilitate MyCOMM’s participation. The Regarddons association has extended an invitation to the project coordination (which it has gladly accepted) to travel to Nice in June and participate in the event by publicizing MyCOMM. This opens the possibility to show the results of the project to specialized attendees and to share the project videos with the general public. The event will also offer the possibility to present the policy briefs to the local, regional, national and European policy makers who will attend.
