The Young European Federalists (JEF Europe) is organizing the main MyCOMM Networking Event during 2 days in Brussels, Belgium.

This event is also accessible online for those interested who cannot travel on those dates.

As a means to consolidate ties between existing networks and organisations dedicated to migrant/refugee youth inclusion, this international networking meeting will welcome Youth organisations from across Europe.

What?

The conference is organised into three main streams:

  • Stream 1: Synergies: Sharing project results: The strand will offer opportunities for youth organisations to share results or existing projects, initiatives and campaigns related to migrant and refugee inclusion, social justice and integration. It will also be a means to establish synergies between projects.
  • Stream 2: Network added value and sustainability: The strand will explore how youth organisations dedicated to migrant and refugee issues can work together in a more coherent and coordinated network. Activities will be defined as well as communications spaces. Potential funding sources will also be explored and possible new collective projects defined. This Strand 2 will produce a Network Sustainability Outcome Paper for recommendations.
  • Stream 3: Network policy development and advocacy: This strand will identify pressing policy areas where the network should act collective and prepare three policy statements as an output of the conference, which will then be tabled for approval of the youth organisations involved..
